I would give this store a zero star review or less if I could. I went into this mom and pop store in Cozumel, Mexico on 20th Avenue because I'd been having trouble with my US Sim card and wanted them to check on the problem. They popped a Mexican Sim card into my iPhone (which was able to call Mexico, the US and Canada; however, I'm on a small island with just one overloaded cell tower). Then the owner handed me a small white box that supposedly contained my US Sim card-and it was empty when I opened it. Now I can't get in touch with them and I can't call out to the US (where I have business and family). I am going to walk over there, but I'm feeling pretty cut off as a US citizen visiting Mexico without the ability to call home. Bad news and I don't know what they can do with my US Sim card. It's impossible to get good support at AT&T help. They won't ship a new one to me here. Yes, I should have looked in the box to make sure that it was in there, but I assumed that it would be. I've had plenty of trouble with AT&T in my nearly six months traveling in Mexico, and as soon as I get back to the US, I'm changing servers. They're also way over the top expensive and I deserve better service and support. I wish Pacific Bell was still around-I'm from San Francisco, and they were amazing.
