★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hecho de no poder escoger tu lugar en el autobús es pésimo sin embargo es la única terminal que hay para viajar de Apizaco a otros puntos, principalmente CDMX ojalá pudieran tener más orden en ello y no subirte con la expectativa de no tener un lugar al lado del baño, la sana distancia ni siquiera existe...ojalá ADO volviera a apizaco era un servicio sumamente diferente
The fact of not being able to choose your place on the bus is terrible, however it is the only terminal that there is to travel from Apizaco to other points, mainly CDMX, I wish they could have more order in it and not get on with the expectation of not having a place at next to the bathroom, the healthy distance does not even exist... I wish ADO would return to apizaco it was a very different service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tarifas más elevadas, monopolio de la sierra norte de Puebla, camiones en pésimas condiciones, los choferes no entregan boletos ni siquiera en CAPU, niegan la entrega para ganarse dinero extra a pesar de ser seguro de viajero, definitivamente la peor compañía, lástima que no hay mas empresas que presten sus servicios y que jamás haya contestación a quejas.
The highest rates, monopoly of the northern mountains of Puebla, trucks in terrible conditions, drivers do not deliver tickets even in CAPU, they deny delivery to earn extra money despite being traveler's insurance, definitely the worst company, too bad there are no more companies that provide their services and that there is never a response to complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service that ATAH provides is horrible, very unprofessional, their buses as well as their waiting room usually smell like a public restroom. The staff can be rude or talk to you in a unwelcome way.
Make sure that you get your bus ticket before hand because they tend to only give discounts to 8 students/elderly/teacher. If you are the ninth person they won't give you the discount.
Make sure to arrive at least one hour early if you want to get a great seat on the bus. The ticket you are given has a seat number but the bus driver tells everyone going onboard to sit wherever they wish to seat. Which is not fair, specially if you asked for the seats you were shown on the ticket.
***This is the only bus service that Apizaco, Tlaxcala has to Mexico City.***
Which means the prices will be monopolized and you really have no other bus company to chose from.
