R	Raul Estrada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio ,camión descompuesto desde q salimos salimos tarde por q no servía el compresor ,ahora nos quedamos tirados en valle de Texcoco llevamos ya casi ya 3 hrs no llega otro camión ,niños y gente desesperada ,autobús q cuenta con clima el cual no enciende nos dieron q en 1 hora llegaba el otro autobús y no a llegado pésimo servicio lo malo es q es el único para el.destino q todos vamos o el más directo para llegar anuestro destino mejoren el servicio así como los autobuses Bad service, broken truck since we left, we left late because the compressor did not work, now we are stranded in the Texcoco valley, we have been there for almost 3 hours, another truck does not arrive, children and desperate people, a bus that has weather which does not turn on They gave us that in 1 hour the other bus would arrive and it has not arrived, terrible service, the bad thing is that it is the only one for the destination that we all go or the most direct one to reach our destination, improve the service as well as the buses
C	Cesar SC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facturar los boletos es imposible, cobran lo que quieren, pésimo servicio, los autobuses salen cuando se les da la gana, no entiendo para que tienen "horarios" Billing the tickets is impossible, they charge what they want, lousy service, the buses leave when they feel like it, I don't understand why they have "schedules"
M	Manuel Mote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable el servicio que dan con los autobuses ejecutivos, por protocolos de salud deberían llevar el aire acondicionado y según los conductores no lo ponen porque tienen frío, que estupidez, y más aparte algunos autobuses han metido más asientos lo cual han reducido el espacio entre fila y fila, no puedes elegir el autobus que deseas porque según ellos ya está llenisimo el autobus que elijas y te dan el horario que ellos quieren y eso que quise comprar el boleto con 2 horas de anticipación, lo único salvable de esta línea es la linea SUPRA, son nuevos y presentan mejir espacio y servicio, los demás servicios ejecutivos es lamentable... The service they provide with executive buses is unfortunate, due to health protocols they should have air conditioning and according to the drivers they don't put it on because they are cold, how stupid, and moreover some buses have added more seats which have reduced the space between line and line, you cannot choose the bus you want because according to them the bus you choose is already very full and they give you the schedule they want and that I wanted to buy the ticket 2 hours in advance, the only salvageable thing about this line is the SUPRA line, they are new and have better space and service, the other executive services are unfortunate...
P	Pandalex :v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les doy 3 por que es rápido y accesible, Pero no toman medidas de seguridad con los pasajeros, no llevan cubre bocas o luego unos van comiendo y se van asta parados y se evapora por dentro de lo pequeño y más la cantidad de personas pff es un orno I give them 3 because it is fast and accessible, But they don't take security measures with the passengers, they don't wear face masks or then some go eating and go to a standstill and it evaporates from inside the small and more the number of people pff is an oven
J	Juan Blanco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer aborde en Puebla este microbio a las 5:40 am con destino Apizaco y a la altura de Tenancingo en el segundo puente aproximadamente ya que aun estaba oscuro el chófer hizo una parada que me comento la pasajera que viaja diario y venia a un lado de mi, que donde paro el chófer no es parada y aun así se detuvo y subieron 3 tipos armados a robarnos celulares y carteras, uno de los mal nacidos rateros se quedo con el chófer y los otros dos se enfocaron en la parte central del autobús como si supieran donde estaba mejor atracar, lo que me llamó la atención es que ni al chófer ni a su cobradora les quitaron sus teléfonos y aparte al bajar un rata se despidió del chófer. Ahí les encargo quien use este servicio valla muy atento para que cuiden sus vidas y sus pertenencias.
