★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy notorio el olor al río que está junto a la plaza. Hasta ahora sigue habiendo muy pocas tiendas. El estacionamiento es económico, pero sólo se puede pagar con monedas de 10 y 5, además de que al parecer sólo hay una máquina para pagarlo en toda la plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún es un lugar con espacios en obra negra y que falta un 90% de locales por rentar.
Será una plaza comercial pequeña, pero con tiendas importantes para comprar abarrotes, papelería, hogar, comida rápida y principalmente cines.
Además de que tendrá decenas de departamentos que aún no se terminan y hay preventa, mismos que pudieran tener precios accesibles por la zona.
Tiene excelente ubicación pues es la entrada y salida de colonias muy pobladas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un centro comercial que apenas empezara a llenarse, esta muy vacío aun al momento de esta reseña, cuenta con un bodega aurrera, petco, cine y poco restaurantes.
El estacionamiento es amplio con varios niveles, por el momento no están cobrando el estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este momento es una Plaza que continúa en construcción, cuenta con muy pocos locales disponibles, entre ellos Telefonía celular y una estética canina. Me gusta mucho que la plaza es pet friendly y que haya módulos de agua, papel y bolsitas para desechos.
La plaza cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo y a futuro se esperan gran variedad de locales y servicios.
At this moment it is a Plaza that is still under construction, it has very few available premises, among them Cellular telephony and a canine aesthetic. I really like that the square is pet friendly and that there are modules for water, paper and waste bags.
The square has underground parking and in the future a great variety of premises and services are expected.
