★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, el personal no esta capacitado, no conocen su producto, no conocen en que lenguaje esta su Software, muy lento, Software malo. Una de tantas funciones que hago es recomendar Software pero este NO lo recomendaría. Busquen otra solución.
Terrible Service, the staff is not trained, they don't know your product, they don't know what language your Software is in, very slow, Bad Software. One of so many functions that I do is to recommend Software but this would NOT recommend it. Find another solution.

IT IS AN ESTABLISHMENT WITH MANY FUNCTIONS WHERE ALL THE STAFF ARE IN CONSTANT MOVEMENT. EVEN WHOLE MAJORITY, MEN ARE SPENDING ALL THE DAY IN THE BATHROOM ... YOU WOULD HAVE A Jacuzzi ... Jajajajajja

NOW TODAY I CAN NOT NEVER ENTER THE PLATFORM, IF THERE IS MAINTENANCE, BEFORE THEY WARN, I DO NOT KNOW NOW BECAUSE I CAN NOT NEVER ENTER ANY PHONE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SOMEONE, THE BUSINESSES DO NOT WORK ONLY THE NORMALL TIME SCHEDULE OFFICE, THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE THEM TO WORK WITH YOU, BUT NOW NOT EVEN THE SATURDAYS IN THE MORNING WORK ME, AND THE WORST NOR EVEN THE PLATFORM WORKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A partir de hace 3 años el servicio y proyectos se fueron al suelo, el soporte solo da largas para las soluciones además de que la matriz de escalación esta mal indicada en todos sus tiempos, marcan un máximo de 4 horas de solución pero los problemas se disparan hasta las 72 sin importarles que no tengas timbrado.
