★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No creo que los perros son un problema de salud pública de todas formas el gobierno no los alimenta se mueren en la calle pues fuera de la calle si se alimentan en la calle se alimentan de la calle no se usa dinero de impuestos ni nada por el estilo ni siquiera para levantar sus cacas y me da coraje porque las perreras pasta a toda velocidad por las calles poniendo en peligro a la gente por querer agarrar un pobre perro trabajar en algo productivo para el municipio
