★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en específico ventanilla 5. La señorita solo esta jugando solitario y no tiene la capacitación suficiente para los trámites, me regreso la documentación para sacar placas por un sello de la factura, por su falta de conocimiento y seguramente por flojera para trabajar. Fui de inmediato a la Unidad Administrativa y ahí si pude hacerlo sin problema. Ojalá los auditen para que vean el pésimo servicio que estan dando a los ciudadanos.
 Terrible service, specifically window 5. The lady is only playing solitaire and does not have enough training for the procedures, I return the documentation to get plates for a stamp of the invoice, due to her lack of knowledge and surely due to laziness to work. I went immediately to the Administrative Unit and there if I could do it without problem. I hope they audit them so that they see the terrible service they are giving to the citizens.
