Ofrecen esterización a bajo precio, llegué puntual a la cita y avise que mi gato no estaba en ayunas por un descuido, que si debía reagendar, me comentaro que no había problema, pero era importante haber avisado y q podía pasar a las 7 pm por él, que ellos me enviarían un msj. A las 7 llame y me dijeron que no lo habían operado, que se les junto el trabajo y que sirvió para garantizar el ayuno y que en ese momento harían las cirugía y que al día siguiente me lo entregarían. No me avisaron su decisión, y no pretendían hacerlo, de no haber llamado no me habrían dado información del gato. Me pidieron 1 frazada que oliera al gato, para q estuviera más confortable, al entregármelo, me di cuenta que nunca se la pusieron. Al parecer el animal está bien. No son descorteses, pero si no preguntas no te dan detalles, la información es escueta (por ejemplo no me dijeron los cuidados postoperatorios, o cuando llevarlo para retiro de puntos, etc).

Incluso me cobraron muy caro , me dieron probióticos caducados, básicamente mi mascota iba grabé y se aprovecho de la situación para sacar beneficio de la situación.
El personal demostró mucha falta de profesionalismo todo el tiempo los regañaba el médico principal porque hacían todo mal.
