Entregaron a mi perro luego de estética, con una cortada profunda mal cosida tratando de esconder que se les fue la tijera en su patita, la cosieron entre el pelo y nunca me dijeron nada. Regresé a reclamar y seguían diciendo que no eran ellos y en consulta nunca me ayudaron en nada.
Terrible service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perro de emergencia un domingo, tenia un golpe en su oreja. El veterinario que estaba de guardia me dijo que necesitaba operación que por el momento lo que podía hacer era inyectarle un desinflamatorio pero que lo tenía que llevar a otro día para continuar con el tratamiento. Lo lleve el día lunes, y me dijeron que ya era necesaria la cirugía, es aquí dónde viene; LA FALTA DE PROFESIONALISMO, pues no me dejaron estar con el durante la cirugía como en otros lugares. Adicional a esto me pidieron que lo llevara de nuevo el resto de la semana a curación, cuando llegaba me recibía una señorita, la cual me pedía a mi perro y se lo llevaba a curación y nuevamente no me permitía pasar con mi perro, es aquí dónde viene mi desconfianza. Llegando el día sábado noto que mi perro tiene de nuevo la oreja inflamada, lo vuelvo a llevar y me dicen que requiere otra operación. Realmente dije que no, pues preferí llevarlo con su veterinario de cabecera. Durante esa semana qué pasó si note una mejoría en mi perro pero realmente mi perro es muy sano y no sabía si la mejoría era por el mismo o por el “desinflamatorio” que le estaban inyectando, que yo jamás vi que le inyectaran. En resumen les puedo decir que no es el dinero que gastes en tu mascota finalmente es una vida y debe de ser sanada cueste lo que cueste, lo que no me parecía es que no me dejaran pasar a ver lo que le hacían a mi perro y que lo quisieran operar nuevamente. Pues ya no era necesario. Así que si acuden tengan cuidado con sus mascotas, porque quien no les dice que ya no se los regresan con vida. De ahí en fuera son muy amables. Pero no sirve de nada si no muestran lo que hacen.
Contestando a su comentario M.V.Z, si lo recuerdo bien. Me mostró un libro y me dijo lo que había hecho. Hasta ahí no tenía problema pues precia confiable. Pero bien cuando se le volvió a inflimar (que fue un sábado lo recuerdo), lo atendió otra persona, la cual dijo que era necesaria otra cirugía. A lo cual me negué. El día lunes que lo lleve con el veterinario de confianza (ya Bruno tenía su oreja como torta de la información) me dijo que era una operación muy mala, que tenía puntos de más, los cuales no eran necesarios, en cuanto se los quitó, hasta se enojo y dijo que era un pésima cirugía. En fin, COMENTÓ ESTO NO POR HACER MALA FAMA, PUES FINALMENTE CADA QUIEN ES LIBRE DE LLEVAR A SUS MASCOTAS A DÓNDE MEJOR SEAN ATENDIDOS. PERO SI ALGUIEN ME PIDIERA UNA REFERENCIA O UN COMENTARIO ANTE TU TRABAJO CRÉEME NO SERÍA MUY BUENOS. Imagínate a pesar de que bruno llegó con su oreja muy inflamada el día lunes, hoy viernes ya no tiene nada, fue una semana que lo trato el veterinario mencionado anteriormente. Tu trabajo no fue tan eficiente como yo lo esperaba.
PERO EN FIN, ES TU TRABAJO ES TU NEGOCIO Y SOLO TE RECUERDO QUE ESTÁS TRABAJANDO CON SERES VIVOS QUE EN CASA TIENEN UN VALOR INIMAGINABLE.

During that week what happened if I noticed an improvement in my dog but really my dog is very healthy and I did not know if the improvement was due to the same or the "anti-inflammatory" that they were injecting, that I never saw him inject. In summary I can tell you that it is not the money you spend on your pet, it is finally a life and it must be healed at all costs, what did not seem to me is that they did not let me go see what they did to my dog and who would like to operate on him again. Well, it was no longer necessary. So if you go be careful with your pets, because who does not tell them that they are no longer returned alive. From there on out they are very friendly. But it doesn't help if they don't show what they do.

Duermen a los perritos que son muy nerviosos cuando no pueden controlarlos para bañarlos,cuando en otros lugares perfectamente lo hacen sin necesidad de dormirlos. También te tratan de sacar todo el dinero posible, lleve a mi perrito que estaba muy mal y en días y después de varios estudios no supieron que tenía lo saqué de ahí y en otro lugar de inmediato supieron que era, y era algo super fácil para los veterinarios de identificar que era . Las personas que trabajan ahí súper groseras todo el tiempo
