★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal que en esta pandemia sida conductores quieran abusar con los costos. 2 ocasiones me ha sucedido y como no accedo aún así me están cobrando los viajes que nunca aborde.

Solo mi queja sería que sean más accesibles me hacía falta algo un cable que conseguí afuera para unos documentos digitales volvi, me tarde 2 minutos y no quisieron atenderme aún faltaba 1hrs para que cerrarán y la hicieron de a malas. Si en todo el día no le caen citas, solo se las pasan en sus celulares creo que deberían tener un poco de empatía en ese aspecto ya que muchos no creo que tengan mucho tiempo para andar checando solo detalles. De ahí en fuera la atención fue buena no me quejo y tomen sus medidas para que no hagan coraje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malos. A pesar que vengo de la CDMX. Aquí en Villahermosa. Por no aceptar viajes que no me convenian. Bajo mi taza de aceptación y me bloquearon definitivamente. A pesar de situación que estamos viviendo. No voy a riesgar. Tiempo dinero y de pasada esfuerzo y corajes. Por usuarios que a medio camino cuando vas por ellos te cancelan. Ya no es rentable chequeen bien sus pedidos y vean a quien se los envían. Que tristeza ni los costos de los viajes son buenos mejor me ubiese quedado en CDMX. Ahí todo era 100 %en aceptación y buenas ganancias en 6 horas. Conectado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No importa lo complejo que sea tu problema, el personal de servicio al cliente siempre busca resolver todos los inconvenientes que se te estén presentando. El servicio es EXCELENTE.
No brindo las 5 estrellas porque donde se debe mejorar todavía es en cuanto al personal de seguridad con el que cuentan, que en el afán de asistirte, además de dejar de lado la sana distancia, osan tocar tu telefono, cuando bien pueden solo ir dándote las indicaciones para agendar una cita o registrarte para la misma.
