Good customer service although the decoration of the place is very simple. The attention is fast they have good promotions but bad coverage especially outside the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Servicio es Regular, cualquier trámite, cambio o aclaración que requieras hacer en tu línea, Recomiendo más acudir al CAC frente a Forum. En lo personal en esta sucursal no han podido quizá Querido ayudar en algunos trámites argumentando que ahí no es un Centro de Atención como el de frente a Forum..
Para pagos y recargas es Rápido y Amables al acercarse a la ventanilla.
The Service is Regular, any procedure, change or clarification that you need to do in your line, I recommend more go to the CAC in front of Forum. Personally, in this branch they have not been able to help in some procedures arguing that there is not a Service Center like the one in front of Forum.
For payments and top-ups it is Fast and Friendly when approaching the window.
