En el ticket de compra dice garantía de 30 a 90 días, no especifica en qué productos aplica el tiempo, al parecer es a conveniencia de la tienda. La verdad me arriesgué a comprar porque me ganó el tiempo para comprar el regalo de navidad y fue el único lugar en donde encontré. Honestamente me arrepiento, producto de muy mala calidad, no la recomiendo. Comparto mi experiencia para que eviten tirar su dinero a la basura. Ya inicié la denuncia ante la PROFECO.
I bought a smartwatch, supposedly had a 3 month warranty, after the month it did not turn on and they did not want to make the guarantee valid. In the purchase ticket says warranty of 30 to 90 days, does not specify in what products the time applies, apparently it is at convenience of the store. Actually I risked buying because I won the time to buy the Christmas gift and it was the only place where I found. Honestly I regret, product of very poor quality, I do not recommend it. I share my experience to avoid throwing your money in the trash. I have already filed a complaint with PROFECO.
