Ohhhhh my goodness! Get the combo massage, it starts with reflexology on your feet! I added a facial and I've come out fully pampered. Definitely 5 stars for service and cleanliness.

This place is fantastic the message was one of the best I ever had. A very reasonable priced.the place is very clean and emaculant clean .The manage was very profefisionalcurtiou the girls did a great job. I wpuld recommend to all to try .

Excellent professional massage, the ladies were very good at their job. My husband and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. And to be clear this is not a 'gentleman's parlor' like many others in the Melacon/Golden Zone..lol

Not a great massage. On my input paper I wrote deep tissue with FIRM pressure. I basically got an oily rubdown. No deep tissue work, pressure was light, and she only used her forearms once for less than a minute. I marked many areas on the paper on my back and neck and she spent a lot of time on my legs for some reason. She didn't speak much English so I couldn't ask for more, and based on what she was doing, I didn't trust that she had enough knowledge of muscle structure to do my problem areas any good anyway. The massage was fine though and relaxing, but not what I asked for and not what I paid for. They get some stars because it was my husband's first massage and he enjoyed his Swedish, though he developed a rash on his neck afterward.

Unprofessional service and ugly space. Did not get what I payed for! I booked a couples spa package while we were visiting Mazatlan and was very disappointed. The massage is in a space that looks like an old storage room with no windows and florescent lights. The therapists seemed very disorganized and spent most of the service shuffling around, coming and going from the room and suddenly another client entered the space for a massage and we could hear them talking the whole time! So distracting and not relaxing at all! We payed for Deep Tissue massage but it was just awkward touching. I could tell my therapist had NO experience or training in massage as she was just doing random strokes and not really manipulating the muscles in a nice way. I asked for deeper pressure and she didn't do anything. I actually stopped her mid treatment because in some parts of my legs I felt very uncomfortable and almost in pain with what she was doing. Instead of receiving the rest of our package, we told the front desk of our experience and cancelled the rest on the spot. Still had to pay over 2000 for this lame experience! Would suggest that you train your employees better and make a better atmosphere for your "spa" if you want to have satisfied customers!

I went for a 90 min massage for myself. And my mother in-law along with my husband got the 60 min massage with mani pedi. I have been a massage therapistfor 10 years and this was such a great massage and atmosphere. The staff was so nice and professional. Clean space and wonderful treatments. This will definitely be my go to place in Mazatlan!
