★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un ambiente agradable para entrenar, los precios diría que incluso son muy baratos, los instructores son agradables y saben lo que hacen, además de que tienen cuidado con las personas y saben trabajar con cada persona en especial dependiendo problemas, enfermedades y edades, además ofrecen apoyo alimenticio muy agradable por otra parte el equipo está sumamente bien para un entrenamiento intenso, solo hay que tener en cuenta las horas a las que se va a trabajar ya que algunas máquinas se deben compartir, pero en general es un lugar muy bueno y accesible para ejercitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todos los gym's que hay por la zona este es el más completo en cuanto a musculación se refiere, para ejercicios más aeróbicos hay algunas cuerdas y algunas escaladoras.
Si hay entrenadores pero no sé qué tal entrenen a los clientes ya que yo entreno por mi parte. Ya hay más aparatos que cuando fui por primera vez.
