★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis padres compraron un colchón al cual se le salió un resorte, se les solicito el cambio, ellos pidieron una carta la que el gerente perdió y volvió a solicitar e hicieron que dieran muchas vueltas se tuvo que acudir a profeco y sólo así realizaron trámites, en tiempos que ellos decidieron.
My parents bought a mattress that had a spring come off, they asked for the change, they asked for a letter which the manager lost and requested again and they made them give many laps, they had to go to profeco and only then did they perform procedures, in times that they decided.
