La ventaja es su dirección: circulan rutas sobre la 31, como la 10, el libertad Cuauhtémoc, la RUTA 3 alimentadora, etc., además de que sobre la 11 circula el metrobús de la línea 2, además de que es ventajosa su ubicación, ya que en caso de compra el tránsito en la 31 y 11 sur suele ser fluida, menos en hora pico.
