Ya que he pasado 7 meses tratando de hacer válida mi garantía de un colchón que pagamos 19000 pesos en veracruz. No pararemos de intentar. Ya que si ofrecieron una garantía. Tienen que dejar de engañar a las personas. Esto inició en mayo del año pasado. Y han dejado que se cumpla un año cuando yo hice mi reclamación. A los cuántos meses de haber hecho la compra. Ya vino un supervisor en aquel momento,,
He rogado por que cumplan su garantía. Recurriré a todos los medios posibles.
