★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que jamás haya recibido. 1 mes se tardaron en entregar, 3 veces reprogramamos, faltaron piezas y ni siquiera se dignaron en instalar. JAMÁS les recomendaría ésta sucursal, en especial la Sra Martha muy descortés y el gerente a base de mentiras intentó compensarnos, puras fallas.
The worst service I have ever received. 1 month they took to deliver, 3 times we reprogrammed, parts were missing and they did not even deign to install. I would NEVER recommend this branch, especially Mrs. Martha very rude and the manager based on lies tried to compensate us, pure failures.

Pero nunca contestan el teléfono y si se insiste mucho mejor lo dejan descolgado y falla mucho sus terminales en especial a meses sin intereses al momento del pago no pasa más que Bancomer pero aceptan todas las tarjetas según ellos pero nunca pasan. Deberían de solucionar el problema con las terminales y atender las llamadas telefónicas su atención deja mucho que desear
In a matter of mattresses they have a good price and quality. But they never answer the phone and if you insist much better they leave it off the hook and their terminals fail a lot, especially at months without interest at the time of payment, nothing more than Bancomer passes but they accept all the cards according to them but never pass. They should solve the problem with the terminals and answer the phone calls their attention leaves much to be desired

Terrible service!! I was about to buy mattresses for all the bedrooms in my new house and I had to cancel it for being rude about not allowing me his bathroom! Arguing that it was not for customers!
