Después de varias llamadas y visitas a la tienda por fin 25 días después me visitaron y tristemente solo ofrecen repararlo como si hubiera comprado un colchón de saldo y no uno nuevo. Entiendo que aplique una reparación si el colchón tuviera 1 minuto de uso, pero si es nuevo debería ser cambio físico. De esta forma el cliente queda 100% satisfecho. Cuando te reciben en la tienda todo muy bien, pero tengan cuidado a partir del momento en que pagas el producto ya que cuando recibes el ticket te das cuenta que cobran una garantía de $583 sin tener la amabilidad de avisarte previamente.
