Pésimo servicio.
I bought 3 mattresses, pillows and sheets, they arrived after 1 week of the established date. When asking for clarification in the store they were rude and gave me a number where they never answered.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que ayer ( viernes) me llegaría la mercancía y No me llegó. No me contestan en atención a clientes desde ayer y la vendedora dice que no sabe que pasó y no me da ninguna solución. Pésimo el servicio de la sucursal de la Guadalupe Tepeyac! No vayan! Quien puede ayudarme ? Nadie me sabe decir cuando llegará mi pedido!
The merchandise was supposed to arrive yesterday (Friday) and it did not arrive. They haven't answered me in customer service since yesterday and the saleswoman says she doesn't know what happened and doesn't give me any solution. Terrible service from the Guadalupe Tepeyac branch! Do not go! Who can help me ? No one can tell me when my order will arrive!
