★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega. Nuestra entrega viene con mas de una semana de retraso. Servicio a clientes no contesta, en el número de teléfono para rastrear el pedido no contestan. En el número de whatsapp me dijeron que "no podían hacer más" y sólo me dieron el teléfono de servicio a clientes.
En Facebook no me contestaron tampoco, el vendedor culpó al chofer, el chofer mintió de haberme llamado, una señorita del call center culpó al vendedor y realmente el problema está en que no tengo cama para dormir y la empresa no ayuda en nada.
Entiendo que los errores ocurren, pero el problema grave de ATLAS, es que no saben resolver problemas. NO los recomiendo para nada, de verdad ahórrense problemas y compren en otro lado.
Terrible delivery service. Our delivery is more than a week late. Customer service does not answer, the phone number to track the order does not answer. On the whatsapp number they told me that "they couldn't do more" and they only gave me the customer service phone number.
They didn't answer me on Facebook either, the salesperson blamed the driver, the driver lied about calling me, a lady from the call center blamed the salesperson and the problem really is that I don't have a bed to sleep in and the company doesn't help at all.
I understand that errors happen, but the serious problem of ATLAS is that they do not know how to solve problems. I DO NOT recommend them at all, really save yourself trouble and buy elsewhere.
