★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los señores de Atlas , entregaron tarde y dañada una base de colchón. Primero dijeron que la entregarían el viernes, no lo hicieron. El miércoles siguiente no habían aún entregado el pedido, lo mandaron con alguien que no era de su compañía, el box spring llegó dañado y no lo quisieron reconocer. Ahora voy a tener que comprar otra base igual, y pagaré el doble ya que es para unos clientes. Yo si quedo bien con mi gente y aunque haya sido mi error lo reconozco y lo reparo.. A los de colchones Atlas, les había comprado 10 colchones antes. de esto Pediré la nueva base a la casa matriz, y aunque tarde 10 días, con los señores de Atlas nunca jamás. Dan un pésimo servicio, les aconsejo busquen otra compañía, ya que ellos nunca reconocen sus errores. Tache super tache para los señores dueños de Atlas con cero criterio. Clientes: No pierdan su tiempo, seguro que cualquier otra compañía es mejor.

The lords of Atlas, delivered late and damaged a mattress base. First they said they would deliver it on Friday, they didn't. The following Wednesday they had not yet delivered the order, they sent it with someone who was not of their company, the box spring arrived damaged and they did not want to recognize it. Now I will have to buy another equal base, and I will pay twice as much as it is for some clients. I do look good with my people and although it was my mistake I recognize and repair it .. To those of Atlas mattresses, I had bought 10 mattresses before. From this I will request the new base from the parent company, and although it takes 10 days, with the lords of Atlas never again. They give a lousy service, I advise you to look for another company, since they never recognize their mistakes. Tache super tache for the owners of Atlas with zero criteria. Customers: Do not waste your time, surely any other company is better.
