La entrega a domicilio estuvo retrasada por tres días y de ser originalmente gratuita, finalmente hicieron un cargo. Entregaron el Box Spring con tres patas!!!!!

Para vender si son amables, pero me vendieron un colchón que prometieron entregar la misma semana, resulta que no lo tenían en existencia y ni siquiera avisan, solo me tienen esperando con el clásico "entregamos de 10 am a 8 pm". Varias veces he llamado para saber de mí colchón y solo me dan excusas y largas, que ya está en bodega, que ya está programado, que ya los están fabricando ? pero ha pasado varias veces la fecha prometida de entrega, y no entregan nada.
Terrible customer service. To sell if they are friendly, but they sold me a mattress that they promised to deliver the same week, it turns out that they did not have it in stock and they do not even notify, they just have me waiting with the classic "we deliver from 10 am to 8 pm". I have called several times to find out about my mattress and they only give me excuses and lengths, that it is already in the warehouse, that it is already scheduled, that they are already manufacturing them ? but the promised delivery date has passed several times, and they do not deliver anything.
