★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está en malas condiciones, hablando de la estructura y la imagen. Al ser una bodega no le prestan demasiada atención a esos detalles. Está claro que lo toman como un CEDIS, sin embargo realizan ventas a público en general, por lo tanto si es importante que tomen en cuenta la imagen que proyectan. Hay demasiadas eses de palomas alrededor del edificio lo que hace que se vea muy descuidado.
Con respecto a la atención que nos prestaron, al entrar a revisar un problema que teníamos con los envíos de la página de internet, fue buena. Fueron amables y nos brindaron opciones. Tanto así que elegimos cancelar el pedido que hicimos por internet y comprar ahí mismo.
Los precios que manejan son muy buenos, comparando con otros lugares que ofrecen las mismas marcas y productos como Sears, Liverpool, e incluso algunas otras páginas de internet. Son precios mucho más accesibles y con la misma calidad. Al ser un centro de distribución la entrega es mucho más rápida que si se llegase a comprar directamente por Internet. Otra ventaja es que dan más tiempo de garantía en los colchones, hasta 10 años Garantía directa con ellos cuando en otros lados solo dan 5 y no es total.
Muy mala la experiencia de haber intentado comprar por medio de la página, el seguimiento es muy deficiente; no contestan el teléfono en atención a clientes, es más, en ninguna extensión de las que existen en el conmutador la contestan. Al final me atendió el gerente de ventas por internet y no tenía ni el tono ni sabía cómo resolver el problema.
En suma, si buscas precio es la opción y manejan las mismas marcas que en todos lados además puedes consultar los precios en la página ya que manejan los mismos.
The place is in poor condition, talking about the structure and the image. Being a winery they don't pay much attention to those details. It is clear that they take it as a CEDIS, however they make sales to the general public, therefore it is important that they take into account the image they project. There are too many pigeon boxes around the building making it look very run down.
Regarding the attention they gave us, when we went to review a problem we had with the shipments on the website, it was good. They were friendly and gave us options. So much so that we chose to cancel the order we made online and buy right there.
The prices they handle are very good, compared to other places that offer the same brands and products as Sears, Liverpool, and even some other websites. They are much more accessible prices and with the same quality. Being a distribution center, delivery is much faster than if you bought directly online. Another advantage is that they give a longer guarantee time on the mattresses, up to 10 years. Direct guarantee with them when they only give 5 elsewhere and it is not total.
Very bad experience of having tried to buy through the page, the monitoring is very poor; They do not answer the phone in customer service, moreover, they do not answer it to any extent of those that exist on the switch. In the end the internet sales manager answered me and I didn't have the tone or knew how to solve the problem.
