Te dan una fecha de entrega que no cumplen, mientras tanto tú ya perdiste el día porque estás esperando y al ver que no llegan hablas al vendedor (Sr. Jorge) te dicen que se reagendo la entrega sin consultarte y así 2 veces más. Hablas a la bodega y nadie contesta. Vas a la sucursal y no te comunican con el gerente de zona. Mejor fui a la PROFECO y me dijeron que esa cadena de tiendas tiene muchas quejas y denuncias. No recomiendo esa cadena de tiendas.
Horrible experience. They give you a delivery date that they do not meet, meanwhile you already missed the day because you are waiting and when they see that they do not arrive you speak to the seller (Mr. Jorge) they tell you that the delivery is re-adjusted without consulting you and thus 2 more times. You speak to the cellar and nobody answers. You go to the branch and they don't communicate with the zone manager. I better went to PROFECO and they told me that this chain of stores has many complaints and complaints. I do not recommend that chain of stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vendedor fue muy amable y atento, realmente hizo de la compra una experiencia sumamente agradable; pero los repartidores fueron realmente groseros y apáticos, literalmente me aventaron el colchón en la entrada y dijeron que tenían mucho trabajo como para subirlo a la recamara.
Así que podría comprarles de nuevo debido a su calidad y precios pero pasaría a recoger los colchones personalmente de ser posible
The seller was very friendly and attentive, he really made the purchase an extremely pleasant experience; but the delivery men were really rude and apathetic, they literally threw the mattress at me at the entrance and said they had too much work to bring it up to the bedroom.
So I could buy from them again due to their quality and prices but I would pick up the mattresses myself if possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal excelente, el tema es la supuesta dueña del espacio una persona nefasta sin modos para pedir las cosas, no cuentan con estacionamiento abierto hay que pedirle autorización a la "señora" para entrar y si no lo haces arma un desastre y terminas hartandote del hostigamiento. Por los chicos en tienda nada que decir buena atención, por la experiencia con la mujer esa no compre nada y me fui muy enojada.
