El zócalo es bonito, con un kiosco que es una cafetería y en los alrededores varios negocios de comida, bebida, helados.

Mucha comida deliciosa, hermosos paisajes, hoteles y villas, fraccionamientos... Hay para todo tipo de presupuestos, excelentes lugares para pasar un fin de semana de descanso y/o diversión, en pareja o con la familia. Si o si, tienes que conocer este hermoso lugar.
Two and a half hours from Mexico City, Atlixco has it all. It has both chain stores, restaurants and hotels as well as the local type, which are a gem. Lots of delicious food, beautiful landscapes, hotels and villas, subdivisions... There are excellent places for all kinds of budgets to spend a weekend of rest and/or fun, as a couple or with the family. Yes or yes, you have to know this beautiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atlixco stands out because of 2 things: it's climate and it's flowers. You can buy live plants near town at a ridiculously cheap price. Also flowers and flower arrangements. And it's icecream it's second to none. Make sure to visit Rosita's icecream shop (try lychee). Also near december they assemble a light show and adorn the whole town with Christmas ornaments and lights.
