★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio de escritorio, las empleadas no se apuran aunque tengan gente, nadie nos dijo que no tenían sistema, nos quejamos y mágicamente nos atienden ya que dan las 4 que ya se quieren ir, la gerente en 4 horas que estuvimos nunca llegó
Horrible desk service, the employees do not hurry even if they have people, nobody told us that they had no system, we complained and they magically attend to us since they give the 4 that they want to leave, the manager in 4 hours that we were never arrived

Inept staff, there are many people and they only open one window. They take more than an hour each shift. A lousy service. If you want to do a paperwork go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de una hora formando bajo el sol para poder abrir una cuenta. La gente de la entrada hostil y grosera. Imagínate si asi son para vender un producto financiero, ¿cómo serán para resolver una queja? Pésimo servicio.
More than an hour training under the sun to be able to open an account. The people at the entrance unfriendly and rude. Imagine if they are like that to sell a financial product, how will they be to resolve a complaint? Terrible service.
