Si no es por que una asesora que ve la situación y ella arreglo el problema, el sigue maltratando y humillando a la señora de la tercera edad a la que el obligaba a usar la app del banco. Cosa que por mas que ella le decia que no entendia. El le decia que no podia ayudarla.
La señora salio llorando de la sucursal.
