No hay preferencia para clientes y poco les falta por cobrar hasta para estar formado 3 horas fuera de sus instalaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable ir obligadamente a ésta sucursal; única en ésta ciudad. Personal de limpieza obstruyendo cajeros, no hay encargado de sucursal o responsable de la misma. Los jóvenes inexpertos en todo sentido en atención al cliente, sólo complican más los trámites que tiene el cliente que realizar en bbva... y todo por no buscar otra mejor opción de banco..?el historial crediticio en bbva es de hace mucho tiempo. Por favor ordenen, capaciten y contraten personal comprometido con la institución.
It is unfortunate to necessarily go to this branch; unique in this city. Cleaning staff obstructing ATMs, there is no branch manager or person responsible for it. Young people who are inexperienced in every sense of customer service, only complicate the procedures that the customer has to carry out at bbva ... and all for not looking for another better bank option ... the credit history at bbva is from a long time ago . Please order, train and hire personnel committed to the institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal amplia tiene 12 cajeros y5 practicajas tienen acceso en rampa para personas discapacitadas siempre está limpio y brindan un buen servicio en quincena se satura mucho pero el servicio es bueno
It is a large branch it has 12 tellers and 5 pilots they have ramp access for disabled people it is always clean and they provide good service fortnightly it gets very crowded but the service is good
