R	Raul Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy un cliente de bancomer, lo tenía en un buen concepto en relación a su plataforma digital, pero en particular en atención presencial de esta sucursal, es pésima han hecho que regrese tres veces mi esposa para recoger una tarjeta adicional, una porque no podían validar la huella, la otra que ese día no trabajaban los de validación, otra porque la que lo hace se fue a capacitación, todo según porque no la pueden activar, no es posible que la falta de preparación del personal no puedan resolver algo tan simple. Ya mejor voy a sacar otra tc adicional y espero que en otra sucursal me la entreguen. Por cierto la persona que atendió se llama Ada Asencio. Ya tiene rato ese suceso pero como guía local no olvidó. Muchísimo mejor irse a Tolin.
