La mayor parte del tiempo no hay ningún ejecutivo qué se encargue de llevar el control de la entrada y asignación de lugar para utilizar los cajeros, entonces, ese rol lo toma la señora de limpieza, obvio no es su chamba pero, las veces que he ido está de mal genio y contesta muy prepotente. Ya habían cambiado a una señora que estaba antes que igual siempre estaba enojada y esta nueva es igual. No sé si el atender a la gente sea alguno de los requisitos qué les piden pero, honestamente deberían dejar ese trabajo para los ejecutivos q tienen mejor disposición de ayudar. The service is good as long as the cleaning staff is not there. Most of the time there is no executive who is in charge of taking control of the entrance and assigning places to use the ATMs, so that role is taken by the cleaning lady, obviously it is not her job but, the times that I have Ido is in a bad temper and answers very arrogantly. They had already changed a lady who was before who was always angry and this new one is the same. I don't know if serving people is one of the requirements that they ask of them, but honestly, they should leave that job for the executives who are more willing to help.
