★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de los ejecutivos acudí con mi mamá que es una persona mayor con fractura de brazo y dolor de rodilla y nos tuvieron una hora y no me atendieron pierden mucho el tiempo platicando aparte que hay mucha gente en la parte exterior del banco esperando en el sol son fregaderas los dos ajecutivos que están ahí pésimo servicio pasaron a dos conocidos de ellos y se molestan por qué les llame la atención que no respetaban los turnos y cuando ya me tocaba pasar una de ellas se levanta y se va a comer. Total me enoje y no hay un gerente con quién poner la queja al final no me atendieron. Y decidí irme batallando con mi madre qué andábamos haciendo un n tramite de la pensión por el fallecimiento de mi papa

Lousy executive service, they let in people the executives know and those we have been waiting for since before the bank opened, they leave us waiting ? they just waste time.
