★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiar un cheque en la sucursal del Parque Industrial El Marqués, había una fila de 9 personas afuera, llegué a la puerta de acceso después de tardar media hora afuera me dice el chico que si gustaba esperar adentro, porque NO HABIA EFECTIVO que si tenía una cuenta lo podía depositar.??? Increíble!! De no creerlo. Pensé que en los bancos su principal servicio es proporcionar dinero. Y ya me ha pasado que me dan un buen fajo de billetes de 50 y 20 pesos porque no tienen de 500. Espero sean más amables sus empleados y salgan a decir a los que estamos formados de los problemas que tienen y eviten que perdamos el tiempo.
