Quise abrir una cuenta. Espere mi turno más de una hora. Pase con ella. Le di mi información y todo. A la. Hora de digitalizar la INE su aparato tenía un problema y no funcionaba.
Me dijo que pasara en 2 horas directo con ella. Espere y nada. Seguía sin funcionar su digitalizadora.
Hoy regrese. Y me dice que no hubo solucion. Le dije que me canalizar a con alguno de sus compañeros porque el problema estaba solo en su cubículo. A lo cual ella dijo que debía tomar otro turno.
No se me hace muy razonable. Ya que un día antes espere e hice todo. Y ella con poco interés de atenderme y darle seguimiento para tener un cliente más me mandó a volar.
No valoran a los clientes nuevos. Creo que tendré que ir a otro banco a abrir una cuenta empresarial.
La ejecutiva de nombre Nely es una inepta.
