No tienen conocimiento de sus procedimientos, tuve que llamar a línea Bancomer y les explicaron por teléfono lo que debían hacer para reimprimir un NIP...y aún así me hicieron dar dos vueltas por las cajas. Los cajeros automáticos si funcionan, ojo solo hay cajeros para retirar. Los cajeros automáticos NO ACEPTAN DEPÓSITOS.
Terrible customer service. They are not aware of their procedures, I had to call the Bancomer line and they explained to them by phone what they had to do to reprint a PIN ... and still they made me go around the boxes twice. ATMs if they work, note there are only ATMs to withdraw. ATMs DO NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS.
