★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SÚPER MALA ATENCIÓN, personal zero capacitado. A los Encargados no les importan en absoluto los clientes. Te dejan tomar turno, pero pasan antes gente que llegan después de ti y sin turno. Personal no domina su portal de BBVA para resolver problemas de bloqueo etc. En toda la sucursal quizá solo 1 persona bien capacitada. El resto solo te hace perder el tiempo con los errores que cometen durante la
Visita.
 SUPER BAD ATTENTION, zero trained personnel. Managers don't care about customers at all. They let you take turns, but people who come after you pass before you and without a turn. Staff does not dominate its BBVA portal to solve blocking problems etc. In the whole branch, maybe only 1 well-trained person. The rest just waste your time with the mistakes they make during the
Visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había gente, había tres ejecutivos libres y no me atendían por más de 20 minutos. Me tuve que ir y cuando le dije a la de la entrada me alzó los hombros diciendo "que tenga buen día". Perdida de tiempo.
There were no people, there were three free executives and they didn't attend me for more than 20 minutes. I had to go and when I told the entrance she shrugged me saying "have a nice day". Waste of time.
