Trámites engorrosos, tardados, ya te mandan a ventanilla luego al ejecutivo.
Demasiado tardado para solucionar algo que parece sencillo. Aborrezco los trámites en bancos por estas malas experiencias, lamentable por necesidad tenemos que recurrir.
Algunas personas que me atendieron fueron amables pero aún así es muy muy tardado y cansado.

Cumbersome, time-consuming procedures, and they send you to the window then to the executive.
Too long to fix something that seems simple. I hate the procedures in banks for these bad experiences, unfortunate by necessity we have to resort.
Some of the people who attended me were nice but it is still very very time consuming and tiring.
