Fui a abrir una cuenta bancaria y me lo negaron porque no saben o no están interesados en aprender que un extranjero si puede abrir una cuenta bancaria allí para ahorros.
Tuve que comunicarme por teléfono con un asesor del banco quien me guío para realizar y concretar mi trámite en MERIDA.
Como puede un banco de esta marca tener empleados tan incompetentes e ignorantes de sus servicios.
Terrible service and attention. Employees don't know what they're working with or where they stand.
I went to open a bank account and they denied me because they do not know or are not interested in learning that a foreigner can open a bank account there for savings.
I had to communicate by phone with a bank advisor who guided me to carry out and finalize my procedure in MERIDA.
How can a bank of this brand have such incompetent and ignorant employees of its services?
