★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco de banco, se trago mi efectivo una practicaja hace 1 mes y es la fecha que no me resuelven nada ya levante 4 reportes y en los 4 segun no encuentran el efectivo, te roban finamente el dia que paso eso, a mi y a otras 2 personas en distintas cajas les paso lo mismo
A disgusting bank, I swallowed my cash a practice 1 month ago and it is the date that they do not solve anything for me, I raised 4 reports and in 4 seconds they did not find the cash, they finely robbed you the day that happened, to me and others 2 people in different boxes the same thing happened to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron a fuerza una tarjeta de crédito y ahora ya 2 veces me descuentan de otra cuenta el pago de la anualidad de la tarjeta de crédito. Con la tarjeta de crédito llevo 3 meses y nunca la he utilizado. Tampoco dan respuesta los del banco.
They forcefully gave me a credit card and now twice my credit card annuity payment is deducted from another account. I have been using the credit card for 3 months and I have never used it. Neither do those of the bank give an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayor ventaja de los bancos BBVA es que cuentan con más de un cajero y más de una practicaja, así que las filas no tardan mucho.
La atención depende, a veces se satura por la cantidad de personas que buscan atención.
No hay estacionamiento, si llevas carro a fuerza hay que dejarlo en uno particular.
Es muy fácil de ubicar: a unos metros del zócalo de Puebla.
The biggest advantage of BBVA banks is that they have more than one ATM and more than one practice, so the lines don't take long.
Attention depends, sometimes it is saturated by the number of people seeking attention.
There is no parking, if you are driving by force you have to leave it in a private one.
It is very easy to locate: a few meters from the Zocalo of Puebla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le dan prioridad a adultos mayores aunque vayan con bastón ni a personas con discapacidad que dan el mismo papelito para pasar y debes de esperar turno no se ponen a pensar que si llega a ocurrir algún sismo o atrás situación somos los últimos en salir desde la entrada que te piden tu credencial y tarjeta y trámite que vas a realizar desde ahí no te dan prioridad todo lo contrario con otros bancos como Banorte o Santander que sí tienen la atención a este tipo de personas
They do not give priority to older adults even if they go with a cane or to people with disabilities who give the same piece of paper to pass and you must wait your turn they do not think that if any earthquake or back situation happens we are the last to leave from the entrance that they ask for your credential and card and procedure that you are going to carry out from there they do not give you priority, quite the opposite with other banks like Banorte or Santander that do have attention to this type of people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo totalmente, los tiempos de espera son muchísimo más altos de los que en otros bancos y otras sucursales, usualmente cuando voy termino esperando más de una hora casi por las dos horas, eso sin contar el tiempo formado, que serían otra media hora o 20 minutos.
Totally terrible, the waiting times are much higher than those in other banks and other branches, usually when I go I end up waiting more than an hour almost two hours, that without counting the time formed, which would be another half hour or 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible,ponen en maps que la sucursal está abierta y cuando llegas ponen un papelito en dónde informan que solo algunas sucursales están en operación,especifiquen desde maps para saber si hay servicio o no,estamos en el siglo 21,saludos y gracias
