★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, bastante ineficacia por parte del personal, no portan gafet y nisiquiera quieren dar su nombre para saber minimo a quien le estoy dando mi informacion, recordando que son datos personales los que piden., fui dos dias y en ambos hize fila de hasta 4 horas, y no me solucionaron nada, me dicen que vuelva a ir al sig dia. Todo mundo se cre jefe y te hablan de una manera muy irespetuosa. Pasan a gente que llego despues primero tanto a ventanilla como a atencion con ejecutivo. Medio personal parado en la puerta sin hacer nada, vailando y jugando, mientras la gente espera horas afuera habiendo muchos escritorios solo adentro, los cuales pueden ser utilizados. De verdad PESIMO SERVICIO
Terrible service, quite ineffective on the part of the staff, they do not carry a badge and do not even want to give their name to know at least who I am giving my information to, remembering that they are asking for personal data., I went two days and in both I made a row of up to 4 hours, and they did not solve anything, they tell me to go again the next day. Everybody thinks they are boss and they talk to you in a very disrespectful way. They pass to people who arrived later first, both at the window and at an executive service. Half staff standing in the doorway doing nothing, dangling and playing, while people wait hours outside with many desks just inside, which can be used. Really HORRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que tienen buena atención al cliente, no son tan ágiles, así que si necesitas ir a esa sucursal, ve con tiempo. En el área de cajeros por lo regular hay fila.
It seems to me that they have good customer service, they are not as agile, so if you need to go to that branch, go early. There is usually a queue in the ATM area.
