★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si en las ventanillas (solas)no van a tomar depósitos, porque ese servicio sólo se puede hacer en multicajas, deben poner más multicajas, y tenerlas funcionando al 100%.
Sólo hay 2 multicajas, habíamos 8 en fila, para usarla, y 1 no funcionaba óptimamente, se supone que el comprobante de depósito me lo enviaría a mi e-mal desde las 2 pm, y lo sigo esperando. Lo peor que a la persona que le deposité, ni se le ha reflejado el depósito, y ni tengo la manera de comprobar que YO realize la operación.
Si tan solo la cajera hubiera tomado mi depósito, en lugar de haberme mandado a la máquina inservible, no estaría pasando por este mal momento.
Fui a realizar un trámite a ventanilla, por eso le pregunté que si podía depositar de una vez, y me mando a la fila para usar su INSERVIBLE máquina.
