★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco en general, pero en esta sucursal en particular es especialmente malo el servicio. Nunca han podido resolver nada y además son groseros. El mismo director o gerente de la sucursal es el de peor atención al cliente.
The worst bank in general, but in this particular branch the service is especially bad. They have never been able to solve anything and they are also rude. The same director or manager of the branch is the one with the worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene acceso fluido a estacionamiento ya que cuenta con un gran espacio y de rápido acceso por estar sobre la avenida principal de Mariano Otero, aún que la banqueta por dónde entra el carro está en mal estado.
It has fluid access to parking since it has a large space and quick access because it is on the main avenue of Mariano Otero, even though the sidewalk where the car enters is in poor condition.

They do not give maintenance to the ATMs, they always break down and are saturated with people for the same reason

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se permite mucha afluencia de gente dentro de la sucursal pero afuera si...y nos tienen asoleandonos cua do dentro de la sucursal hay bastante espacio como para distribuir las sillas de una mejor forma. De cualquier manera la gente se aglomera en la fila y la entrada.
Not many people are allowed inside the branch, but outside, yes...and they have us sunbathing when inside the branch there is enough space to distribute the chairs in a better way. Either way people crowd the queue and the entrance.
