Super deplorable customer service, it takes more than 1 hour to process a debit card ? it's 12:50 and they still don't take care of me.

They really took great care of me. If the process was slow but they solved my problem. Thank you very much to all the executives and cashiers who assisted me. Very friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No abren a tiempo, te tienen esperando afuera y nadie te atiende, pasadas las 8:30 y ni siquiera había personal dentro más que una cajera y nadie te hace caso. Pésimo servicio.
They do not open on time, they have you waiting outside and nobody attends you, after 8:30 and there were not even personnel inside except a cashier and nobody pays attention to you. Terrible service.

They denied me entry minutes before closing, arguing that the ATMs or practices did not work .. but it turns out that not even the window works ..
