They renovated and installed more ATMs, however, on fortnight days they tend to get crowded, so you should go early. It has no parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de parte de los ejecutivos. Te hacen esperar y pasan primero a las personas que van a contratar algún producto. A sus clientes los tratan como sus ya no importaran.
Terrible service from the executives. They make you wait and go first to the people who are going to hire a product. They treat their clients like they no longer matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Estuve esperando más de una hora con los documentos que me requirieron y al llegar mi turno me dice algún inepto "te falta un papel, ve por el y te vuelves a formar, al fin que no hay mucha gente".
Appalling. I was waiting for more than an hour with the documents that they required of me and when my turn came, some inept tells me "you are missing a paper, go for it and get back to training, in the end there are not many people."

Tardan horas para una simple tramite pésima atención
They are incompetent, they look for some other option not to mention that they have nowhere to park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de los ejecutivos y como ya lo dicen comentarios anteriores, no respetan los turnos. Les vale si llevas una hora esperando, tienen prioridad por los que van por una tarjeta de crédito. Horrible sucursal, espero no volver a pararme ahí.
Terrible attention from executives and as previous comments say, they do not respect shifts. It is worth them if you have been waiting for an hour, they have priority over those who go for a credit card. Horrible branch, I hope I don't stop there again.

Hoy mandaron a una viejita a formarse en el rayo del sol y al final ni la atendieron. Ponen a un policía del sector publico a hacer lo que su personal debería de atender y comunicar a sus clientes y usuarios.

A little star is a lot, even when I no longer expect ANYTHING from the branch they always manage to disappoint me.
Today they sent an old lady to train in the sun's rays and in the end they didn't even take care of her. They put a police officer in the public sector to do what their staff should attend to and communicate to their customers and users.
