★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está bien, varios cajeros pero tuve problema con mi tarjeta y ni la Directora ni el asesor por teléfono me pudieron resolver, dos semanas esperando lo que se resolvía en 40 minutos, si sugiero estén más informados en cuanto a procedimientos de tarjeta de débito en aplicación y bueno.. vean sus áreas de oportunidad para mejorar..si causa molestia por que por cuestiones de salud no puedo estar acudiendo y tuve que ir varias veces hasta que hoy el Director que suplió la guardia venia de otra sucursal sabia el procedimiento y en minutos por fin me dió solución..
The branch is fine, several ATMs but I had a problem with my card and neither the Director nor the advisor over the phone could solve me, two weeks waiting for what was solved in 40 minutes, if I suggest they are more informed regarding debit card procedures in application and well .. see your areas of opportunity to improve .. if it causes discomfort because for health reasons I can not be going and I had to go several times until today the Director who supplied the guard came from another branch knew the procedure and in minutes he finally gave me a solution ...
