★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchísima gente en sus filas , mala atención, solo si eres cliente de ahí te tratarán un poco mejor, pero no esperes mucho he, su personal muy soberbio y nada amable.ojala que no tengas que acudir aquí. Tardarás mucho , y no será una experiencia, nada agradable.te sugeriría que buscarás más opciones.
 Lots of people in their ranks, bad service, only if you are a customer there they will treat you a little better, but don't expect much, their staff are very superb and not at all friendly. I hope you don't have to go here. It will take a long time, and it will not be an experience, not a pleasant one. I would suggest you look for more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio con los cajeros ya que todos sus cajeros funcionan y puedes disponer de efectivo muy rápido aún aviento una gran fila de personas para retirar dinero de los cajeros
Good service with the ATMs since all their ATMs work and you can have cash very quickly I still throw a large line of people to withdraw money from the ATMs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender los ejecutivos, y pasan antes a las personas que les quieren dar nuevas tarjetas y las ejecutivas se ponen a ligar con los clientes en lugar de hacer su trabajo para atender rápido a las personas que hacemos fila 2 horas para que me atendieran

Solo hay 2 practicajas en una zona altamente concurrida como lo es Mezcales Nayarit, y rara vez funcionan los 2 porque uno está fuera de servicio.
Friendly staff, but their bank procedures are HUGE.
There are only 2 practices in a highly crowded area such as Mezcales Nayarit, and the 2 rarely work because one is out of service.
