★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? ¡Pesima logística para ser atendido! Hora y media esperando a ser atendido por ejecutivos y antes de ser atendido la ejecutiva(la única)se fue a comer. Resulta que les dan un hora de comida. Necesitan hacer algo al respecto. No todo se puede resolver con la app o en línea.?
? Pesima logistics to be attended! An hour and a half waiting to be served by executives and before being served the executive (the only one) went to eat. Turns out they give them an hour of food. They need to do something about it. Not everything can be solved with the app or online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegó por un estado de cuenta y me dicen que lo puedo descargar desde la aplicación e imprimir en un ciber. (Osea que me atienda yo mismo) así está el servicio al cliente en esta sucursal, usted mismo puede atenderse!! También abro un banco no? Para ya no molestarlos...si llegué fue porque me quedaba de pasada y se supone que en cualquier sucursal me pueden dar mi estado de cuenta. Pésimo servicio 1hora 30 minutos
He came for an account statement and they tell me that I can download it from the application and print it in a cyber. (That is, I attend to myself) this is how customer service is in this branch, you can attend to yourself!! I also open a bank right? So as not to bother them anymore... if I arrived it was because I was passing by and it is assumed that in any branch they can give me my account statement. Terrible service 1 hour 30 minutes
