Vine a hacer una apertura de cuenta, dicen que tiene que ser digital, les digo que no tengo memoria para descargar su aplicación y se niegan a darme el servicio, sé que no es necesariamente así, reviso la página de BBVA y en efecto, puedo hacer la apertura con un ejecutivo. Mal, mal servicio.
Terrible attention from the advisers, they give you wrong information about the procedures in order to save yourself the work. I came to open an account, they say it has to be digital, I tell them that I have no memory to download their application and they refuse to give me the service, I know that is not necessarily the case, I check the BBVA page and in effect, I can do the opening with an executive. Bad, bad service.
