★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pesimo servicio, te dan turno y dice tiempo de espera y jamas te atienden en el tiempo que marca, solo hay un ejecutivo atendiendo y se la pasa platicando con los clientes, la semana antepasada fu a solicitar una chequera, y me tardaron mas de hora y media para atenderme, la semana pasada fui a recogerla y fue lo mismo, mas de una hora solo para recogerla, y por si fuera poco, me la entregan sin activar.......!!! Hay que ir a perder otras dos horas para que la activen, no se vale.

En fin pagas por el servicio que te da el cajero de ventanilla... Difícil de utilizar para las personas de la tercera edad lo que los hace vulnerables ante los robos y fraudes al recibir ayuda.... En eso no piensa la institución
