★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo hice un trámite sencillo, no habían muchas personas alrededor de las 11am, sin embargo creo que pueden mejorar en cuanto a la atención al cliente por parte de los asesores ya que solo te dicen lo necesario y después el típico "firma aquí y aquí" sin explicar bien qué es.
I only did a simple procedure, there were not many people around 11am, however I think they can improve in terms of customer service from the advisors since they only tell you what is necessary and then the typical "sign here and here" without explaining well what it is.
